Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben Haddou – Dades Gorge

Day 3: Merzouga Area And The Camel Trek

After breakfast at the hotel, you will begin your exploration of the surrounding area. Also, visit the village of the blacks, who were originally Sudanese slaves, to experience their music and lifestyle. Merzouga Lake, with its bird populations, including flamingos, is nearby. You may also want to visit the nomad wire house, where many Berber handicrafts are cheaper than in big cities. In the afternoon, you will mount your camel and be guided by an experienced camel to explore the Erg-Chebbi’s mysterious sand sea. First, you will rise early to watch the sunrise over the dunes before returning to the auberge on camels for breakfast and a shower. We will then depart for Errachidia via Erfoud and the Ziz Valley. Secondly, lunch will be at Midelt. After this, we will pass through the cedar woods at Azrou and the Middle Atlas where you will see the Barbarian Apes before ending off at Fes.
