    Itinerary:

    Day 1: Marrakech – Tizi-N-Tichka – Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

After breakfast, we will start the 5 days desert tour from Marrakech to Fes. Firstly, our driver will meet you at your accommodation. After that, you will drive southeast via the fascinating landscapes of the High Atlas Mountains. Also, on the Tizi-n-Tishka Pass (2260 m Altitude). You will see Berber farmers working on their terraced farms, and herding sheep to the impressive & well-known Kasbah AIT BEN HADDOU ( for a visit), a Berber castle where many movies have been shot, such as Lawrence of Arabia, Tea in the SAHARA, Babel, The Mummy, and Prince of Persia. After, we continue to Ouarzazate, named “Hollywood of Morocco”. Here we will visit the town of Ouarzazate. The Kasbah of Taourirt and the cinema studio. Check into your accommodation.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Dades Gorges – Tinghir – Toudra Gorges

After breakfast, depart for Skoura to visit the Amredhyle Kasbah. Then, proceed to the Dades Gorges via Kelaa Mgouna Valley of Roses, passing through a spectacular sight of mountains shaped like monkey fingers, and then set off to see the panoramic view of the Dades Valley road. After, we will drive back the same way to join the road to Todra Gorges or the so-called «Grand Canyons of Morocco.” It’s an ideal place for walking and exploring on your own—dinner and overnight in your Accommodation in Canyon Todra.

Day 3: Tundra Gorges – Tinjdad – Erfoud – Merzouga

After breakfast, we will have a walk in the Canyon Todra and afterward depart to join Erfoud by the Tinjdad Palm Grove (lunch on the spot) and one of the Touroug. Break in Erfoud to visit the marble and fossil production workshop, and then go by the track of Paros Dakar towards the amazing dunes of Erg Chebbi to see the sunset and spend the night at the feet of the dunes in a hotel.

Day 4: Merzouga – Erg Chebbi – Merzouga

After breakfast, you will embark on a tour of the dunes, stopping at Khamlia Village. It’s a traditional home made of thick earthen bricks made from a clay mixture, where you can enjoy live Gnaoua music performed by local musicians. Set off to another location where you can “live like a nomad” and experience the simple life by visiting them in their tent. Enjoy the panoramic view of the Erg Chebbi dunes, Morocco‘s largest, with black volcanic rock on the plains, a bright blue sky, green palm trees, white salt beds, water mirages, and golden shifting dunes. Arrive at the stunning accommodation and spend the second night in the lodge in a Berber tent, playing drums with camels.

Day 5: Camel Trekking – Erg Chebbi – Ziz Valley – Cedar Forest – Ifran – Fes

Wake up early to see the spectacular sunrise, when the dunes’ colors and shadow play are breathtaking. After breakfast and a shower, drive north towards Fes, admiring the breathtaking views of the 1000 ZIZ-Palm trees. Then, lunch is served in Midelt, “the apple capital,” at the foot of Ayachi Mountain. Then make a pit stop to spend some time with monkeys in the Azrou Cedar Forest.
